The Condominium Act requires every block with four or more owners to have an administrator, to ensure the smooth running of the maintenance and up keep of the common areas within the block.
We can act as your block’s appointed administrator (“condominium administrator”).

Completing and filing with the Land Registry the necessary forms for administration registration
(Land Registry requires a Site plan, which costs €6, and a registration fee of €5/apartment)

Arranging and/or supervising on-site projects, other than ordinary maintenance (e.g. plastering and painting of shafts, internal areas and façade, drainage unblocking, installing/ replacing intercom system/ CCTV/ fire alarms, installing/ changing of lifts, etc.)
